Yes, you can machine wash your Jet Mask. Please use a handwash cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C and put your Jet Mask in a mesh laundry bag before putting it in the machine.
Always allow your Jet Mask to air dry. Never place it in a hot dryer, which can damage the finish.

Is it advisable to wear a Jet Mask to slow the spread of the Corona Virus?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) it is recommended to wear a cloth face covering such as a Jet Mask in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g. grocery stores, pharmacies etc) and especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.

CDC advises the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others. Cloth face coverings such as a Jet Mask can be used as an additional, voluntary public health measure.

You should wear a cloth face covering such as a Jet Mask whenever you are in a community setting, especially in situations where you are near people such as in grocery stores or pharmacies. Yes - wearing a Jet Mask or cloth face covering is an additional public health measure you should take to reduce the spread of COVID-19. CDC still recommends to stay at least 2m away from other people (social distancing), frequent hand cleaning and other preventive actions.

A Jet Mask or cloth face covering is not intended to protect the wearer, but it may prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to other people.

This is especially important if someone is infected but does not have symptoms.
